Michael S. Miller DO, FACOS FAPWh WCC AWCC is a Board Certified General Surgeon, and CEO and Medical Director of Miller Care Group, a non-hospital affiliated, multi-specialty medical group in Indianapolis, IN.  

He has been certified as a Reform Mohel for almost 25 years and was the chair of the international organization NOAM during COVID. Dr. Miller and his wife have 2 adult daughters and 2 grandchildren. They have lived in Indiana since 1997.

He provides Brit Milah services for those families who consider themselves Jewish and who are raising their sons in the Jewish faith. Dr. Miller also has worked with Indiana’s Midwife and Birth Doula practitioners for many years providing circumcision services to male babies up to approximately 3 months of age.

In addition, Dr. Miller works with Rabbi’s and potential converts to Judaism to provide Hatafat Dam Brit, the ceremony that is an integral part of conversion.

Amanda Vernon, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, RN is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and certified Mohelet. She has been working in clinical practice for the past 6 years in Indianapolis, IN. 

She is a newly certified Reform Mohelet and an active member of NOAM. She is married and has 4 children. She moved to Indiana from Kentucky in 2003 and has lived in southern Indiana around the Bloomington area for 6 yrs now.  Amanda and her family are active members at Temple Beth

She provides Brit Milah services for any sect of the Jewish religion and those planning to raise their sons Jewish. 

She also works with Indiana’s Midwife and Birth Doula practitioners providing circumcision services to males up to 3 months of age. These procedures can be done in the office or the comfort of your own home.
